IHG not for me

Checked in and receive a filthy, stayed in room that didn’t get housekeeping service. Received a different room. No shampoo or body wash. Refrigerator for yogurt and butters wasn’t cold at breakfast. No choices for breakfast. It was the bare minimum.

I enjoy the entire visit. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious. Any questions I had the staff took care of me. The room service and my room was cleaned daily. I love the dove accessories in the shower. Coffee and cookies was a gem.

Garner Review

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. They included both down and regular pillows. Food options were ok. They had scrabled eggs, bacon, sausage. Bread, mini english muffins and bagels. Yogurt. Only one type of Jelly, grape. Apple juice and OJ. There was 24 hour coffee and tea available. Staff was friendly and efficient. They allow dogs. Would definitely stay here again!
