Room was fine, bath was good. Staff was excellent, ready to assist. However shower area should have full glass door not just half fixed glass. That is to block water splashing outside shower area.

The staff was so helpful and the shuttle bus was very convenient. What could be improved is their water would get cold very fast when taking a shower that it left you with 3 mins to shower with hot water. I wished there was also bigger soaps and things like that provided but you get very little bottles that’s not enough for one wash.

The staff were not available or even communicating well. The amenities they charge me $100 for clothings and they had it for 3 days. The hotel was dirty the whole time and when u call the receptionist they said they will someone but never did till I confronted them to clean the room.

I would say the room was in good condition however some areas were not cleaned such is the kettle was rusted at top and water was left in. One of the pillows smelled men scent which assume that it wasn’t changed. It was okay to stay in this hotel but couple of things need adjusting. Breakfast was very limited selection for 10£ per person.
