Here’s a more polished version of your text: The property was newly built, but it was 4 miles away from my destination. There were no shops nearby, and the area felt very scary. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service was terrible—there was no one around to assist. The water was cold, and no one informed me about the WiFi either.

10 minutes drive to the haram from new apartments.

The great host and quality of the accommodation turned around what would have been a 1 star review. When booking, it was incorrectly shown as a 10 minute walk to the haram, it turned out to be a 10 minute drive instead. However, the host explained the error in the listing and that it had since been corrected. They also arranged for us to be dropped at the haram once a day free of charge. The accommodation was very new and well appointed. Beds were clean and comfortable as were the apartments. It’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest shop, but that’s no big issue. Overall I’ve rated based on how far the host went to help us given their error when originally listing.

Hotel far from Haram in Madinah

The hotel is 15 minutes by Uber to Haram. They offer shuttle service (except Zuhr prayer), but sometimes not enough spaces! They do not have a lot of understanding about the concepts of hotel services, for example we were not able to get an extra blanket or pillows. Also, the check-in was a bit challenging. In the future would try to make reservations ahead to avoid these stays!

The address on the site doesnt match the actual address. Its very far from The Masjid Al Nawab. New developing area with no restaurant around. Everythingbis far from here.
