Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was just a 3-4 minute walk from gate 305 of Masjid-e-Nabawi. Recently renovated hotel had clean, well furnished, and well stocked rooms. Mattresses were not that comfortable and need to be upgraded. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. A decent coffee shop was next to the hotel entrance. The hotel was a 3-4 minutes walk from a newly built shopping area with a two-floor food court. Will stay again, insha’Allah.

The lifts are broken lights in the reception wires are hanging down. The hotel is going through hardship I must say charging £523 for 3 nights in this is a joke. Ended up keeping the room and booking a room at rotana Al Manakha for £500 for 3 nights which had the Haram view.
