Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was mostly clean, the bathroom floor could have been cleaned a little better and we didn’t have any conditioner. There were 2 lotions and a shampoo, I’m guessing it was a mistake. The pool had too much chlorine, even though I showered immediately after swimming (only in the pool maybe 30 minutes) my skin was so dry and itchy. It was nice and quiet, didn’t hear other guests and the air conditioning and refrigerator were both quiet. Did not check out the breakfast because I had plans to eat elsewhere. Loved the noon checkout time.

Staff was very nice at the breakfast and check out … staff at check in couldn’t be bother to change my parking pass when I found the license plates number… no problem yes I can walk back out at 11 pm to put the paper in my windshield … and yes the doors didn’t open when I tried to get back in and I had to stand there until someone came outside for them open… yes I was frustrated …

The property is definitely in need of some TLC. Our room had marks all over the walls and the blackout curtains were full of holes. The room seemed cleaned but needs some maintenance…especially when rates were extremely high for the weekend we visited.

Perfect stay

We chose this hotel because my husband had to have surgery and it was close to everything that we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, the restaurant, and the hotel staff. We needed to check in early and the staff made sure we had a room ready for us. We are definitely going to be staying here for the next upcoming trip to madison!
