The hotel is under some major renovation at the moment. The temporary entrance was not really clearly marked. The weather was not great and I feel the hotel could have done a better job with salt and such. Room was clean, although the heater/air conditioner was being held up by a 2x4. Once you stepped out into the hallway or went anywhere in the hotel it felt like you were in the zombie apocalypse!! I understand renovations need to be done but maybe on floor at a time…..or have the price of a night reflect that you were staying during a filming of The Walking Dead!

Black mold in the shower. My girlfriend has 3 stage cancer. We where there for a appointment. Whole place was under construction! Wires hanging down. It was terrible. CONER the manager said he would contact you, to credit back my money gor the room. Did they do that ? Absolutely health Hazzard. Maintenance comes in the room and sprays bleach and fooger to get rid of the spot .i told him my girlfriend has cancer, i said until we leave! He kepted spraying the bleach. The guy didnt speak English! Worst experience ever. Please let me know when I get a refund please? Sincerely, Tracy Bauske & Brice Bauske

The room was clean and nicely decorated; however, the space was tight and the refrigerator and phone were not working. The staff were helpful, doing the best they could during the present under construction environment.

I was charged twice, from hotels.com, and the hotel. The hotel said I could have the hospital discount as I was there for my child’s medical appointment, and when I called the hotel to refund they said they were unable to help me and text me a random number to call someone else to resolve. Ugh. There was something crusty on the sheets, and I was too tired to ask to change rooms :( The breakfast team was great. The hotel itself is being remodeled, and the check in door is way in the back.

Clean room but it would’ve been nice to be notified that they’re doing remodeling in the hallways and the front entry room. We didn’t know where to go when we were there because it was so close to the hospital so we had a difficult time because we had surgery the next day of finding the opening. And we couldn’t control the heat. There was no numbers, no matter what button we pressed so the heat was not being able to be controlled, but it was a clean room and because of its location so close to the hospital I will definitely be back
