The elevator went out when the hotel was trying to checkout in the morning. Also think there were 2 luggage carts for the whole place, took forever to get checked out and loaded up. We also got kicked out of the lobby at dinner (had group of 12 staying) because we didn’t order food from hotel and tried eating in the lobby. I think that they should keep lobby open to all guest and not allow guest who don’t buy from there, for instance, there is a whole restarting to eat at… go there?

Room condition was good, pool was much smaller than what the pictures lead on. I realize this is Madison and much more liberal with weed but man the amount of weed smell around this hotel was obnoxious. Hallways, elevator you name it the weed smell was everywhere.

Children running noisily through the halls past 10 p.m. posed a nuisance to us while trying to sleep. Because there is a "waterpark" pool on the premises, this hotel attracts many families with young children. Unfortunately, kids were very loud in the halls past 10 p.m.
