The room was clean but NO hot water. Lukewarm at best, which is not what you want when you’ve been out in the cold and snow. We told them Wednesday evening when we checked in and they said they’d look into it. By our Sunday morning checkout nothing had changed. Luckily we were able to shower at our daughter’s house but we shouldn’t have had to. Also, they tell you housekeeping is every third day. Well, if that third day falls on a Saturday, the room isn’t getting serviced. Not convenient at all and definitely not impressed. Will not stay again or recommend.
