Stunning Family Apartment in the Old Madrid:
The apartment is in a nice building on a side street to Puerta de Toledo and has a beautiful view, from the balcony, to the Church of Virgen de La Paloma.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one toilet) it is perfect for families with children, a group of friends or couples who want to share the same space but with privacy.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building WITH lift.

Guest access

The apartment consists of:

* A room with double bed (160 * 200) and a bathroom with shower.

* Other two rooms with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower.

* A third bathroom with toilet.

* Living room with sofa and dining area for 6, TV and balcony with nice views to the square.

* Fully equipped kitchen (It includes washer).

* Air conditioner.

* Central heating.

*Baby cot is available under demand with a 20€ extra fee. High chair 10€.





Of course, we provide sheets and towels, and other things like iron, hairdryer, toiletries, maps and basic cooking ingredients. One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.

No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.

While we really liked the neighborhood and the ease of access to all the different points of interests. The keyless entry was a concern at the beginning but it turned out great. You have to have a data plan to access this link. In the end, it was great not having to carry a key.The washer was easy to use, and host was kind enough to have some laundry detergent available so we didn't have to buy a large container for single use.The kitchen set up was bare. Besides salt and pepper there isn't much else. Whereas, we've enjoyed other apartments that had a simple spice rack, this unit does not provide. It doesn't encourage much opportunity to cook at the apartment. Small creature comforts that could have made this great: there was no hand towel in the guest washroom or paper towel. Linens were exact for guest count to include body and hand towel, no wash cloth. There wasn't a box of tissue to be found in the apartment, we had to go buy tissues for the start of allergy season. For its location, cleanliness, quiet surroundings this is a lovely option.

Our hosts were fantastic. One of our party of 3 managed to end up in the wrong building (not sure how, the rest of us were fine!) and the host took her call and managed to get her to the right spot. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures - spacious, clean, comfortable and really well located. We walked everywhere. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We would all stay again and bring our families.

Fantastic apartment for a family of five. Plenty of room. Nicely appointed. Excellent kitchen and washing machine. Amazing, central location on a quiet street despite being just one block from a main road. Close to all the main attractions in central Madrid. Close to the metro.

Worst Hosts ever

I'll start with the Pros: Great size property accurate to pictures. Great location and well stocked for kitchen cleaning products. Cons. Host had great communication until the day of. We added an extra guest which we were happy to pay for when the beddings were brought for the extra guest. Host flat out refused to provide the extra beddings but demanded the money for the extra guest. I repeated may time we are happy to pay when we get the beddings. But host refused and instead cashed out deposit . They were extremely rude and made our stay uncomfortable.

The flat was in a great location. Construction must have been going on because we heard a lot of work going on at different times of the day. Everything was working, and it was nice to have a little space to relax. I just wish we could have had a fresh set of towels midweek.

Home away from home in Madrid

Just returned from a girlfriends trip to Spain. We based in Madrid. This apartment was perfect. Great location, quiet non touristy neighborhood but just a quick cab ride away from all main attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Host was great. One evening we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apt and needed help getting in after a late (after midnight) night out. All we had to do was call, verify our identity and the host was able to remotely provide access to the apt. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for exploring Madrid

The pictures don’t do it justice! Our family of 5 spent 3 lovely nights in Madrid. Location is great! We walked everywhere. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and felt very safe. Found lots of great places for breakfast (and fresh churros) nearby. Highly recommend.

A gem in Madrid

The perfect place for a 1st timer in Madrid, Spain. The apartment was spacious, very clean and very well appointed in the center of Madrid. Everything was within a walking distance. Oscar, the owner was the key to everything. The help and instructions he gave us where indispensable and just as timely. The very best! We loved out stay with Oscar and Vanessa.
