There was nobody to let us in. Neighbours told that it’s a scam and we had to find another accommodation on the spot
It’s a scam. Nobody opened the door, even after waiting for 1 hour

Por problemas no podía llegar al check-in y aun avisando con días de antelación no ha sido posible hacer el check-in al día siguiente perdiendo no sólo la primera noche, sino las 5 correspondientes, con lo que ha supuesto economicamente buscar otro alojamiento a última hora teniendo este pagado. Un desastre, ni un intento de solución, me siento estafado, la verdad.
