It features a double bed in a loft and a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and feel at home. The living area, where you’ll find a television, is designed to make the most of the space, offering you comfort during your stay. It also includes a TV in this area for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The apartment has a split air conditioning system for heating and cooling, so you stay comfortable all year round. Additionally, towels and shampoo gel are provided so you can travel light.
Located just 1 minute from the metro stop, this apartment is an ideal place to make Madrid your home. Please note it is on a basement level (-1) and has been recently renovated to maximize space.
