Heima Home Salamanca Milla de Oro, is an amazing high-standing apartment located in a unique building, a classic luxury home totally renewed with the best qualities, an amazing brand new solarium and a community rooftop pool. With 120m2, the apartment hosts comfortably up to 6 guests and is filled with all the usual perks that make Heima Homes the top holiday rental choice in the entire city.


Living Room
This modern, blissful and colored main space features a luminous Living area with two comfy designer sofas and a Smart Tv with Vodafone Cable TV and Netflix. It also features an ample dining room that fits at least 6 guests, and and three ample and luminous windows that fill the room with light, oriented towards Velazquez Street.


Master Bedroom
This amazing master room has a queen-size bed of 180 x 200 cm with a colorful and warm wood headboard, huge wardrobes, premium furniture and an ensuite bathroom featuring an awesome shower.

About all our Beds
We highly value your rest. All the beds are made to the highest standards of comfort; all the mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as it is all the 100% cotton made bed lining.


Twin Room
This colorful and vibrant twin room combine bright red and white in its walls with rich textiles that make it a dream to spend the night in. It has two individual twin beds of 90 x 200cm. If you wish, you can also remove the bedside table and join the two beds to make a larger bed of 180 x 200 cm. This room hares a full bathroom with the bunk beds room.

Bunk Beds Room
This modern colorful room is ideal for both youngsters and adults. With it's spectacular three windows, it's full of light and sunbathed. This room has a bunk bed and shares a full bathroom with a great shower with the twin room.

The Kitchen
The kitchen of the apartment communicates with the living/dining room. It's so practical as it's fully equipped with the most modern appliances. It has a Nespresso, a ceramic hob and all the small appliances you need like a washing machine. You will find everything you need to make you feel like home.


The Rooftop
In addition to the high standard qualities and the entire building being adapted for the handicapped, one of the stars of the remodeling of the building is it's amazing brand new solarium, with an ample relax and sunbath area, and incredible rooftop pool, one of a kind in Madrid.

Semana Santa in Salamanca

We had a lovely stay at Ayala 44! My husband and I, with our three adult daughters, enjoyed our visit to Madrid. The apartment was just as pictured online, with wonderful light-filled living space, kitchen and bedrooms. The bedding and linens were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having coffee and tea provided by the host. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants and all forms of transportation. Would definitely recommend!

El apartamento es precioso, tal como se ve en las fotos. Tiene muchas luz y es bastante tranquilo en la noche. Cuenta con artículos de limpieza y todo lo necesario para cocinar. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. Para mí es la mejor ubicación para quedarse en Madrid. Volvería a quedarme ahí sin pensarlo.

March 2020 Visit

The apartment was perfect. I took my son for his birthday over spring break. It was in a very convenient location. We could easily walk to high end stores, groceries, restaurants, train, and metro stations. The apartment was immaculate with everything we needed . I overpacked because I didn’t know so much would being provided. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to go back soon.

Thanksgiving in Spain

The apartment looked exactly as pictured..lovely!! Perfect location and we had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful week in Spain! The only small negative was the hammering that started at 8 am in mornings...Im guessing in the apartment above us. We were up early most days so it did not affect us too much.

Great apartment - luxurious neighborhood - close to everything!

Our family had such a wonderful time in Madrid. This apartment was a gem. Great location, so tasteful, everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and the laundry room! lovely neighborhood -very high end shopping district - good for buying and window shopping - central to all but perfectly removed- great restaurants within blocks - fun new open air market one block away - such a nice place to breathe and relax and still feel like you are part of the Madrid scene. Highly recommend this place and Heima’s crew. We will be back in the fall!

Great Apartment in a Great location in Salamanca Neighborhood in Madrid

Stayed at this apartment with my family (my wife and 4 kids) for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving weekend. Hosts were very attentive and were their when we arrived to let us in and explain the details of the apartment. Place was very clean with great bedding and linens. The living, dining and kitchen were very comfortable and new. The laundry with washer and dryer were a life saver for us and plenty of detergent was provided. There is a pod expresso machine and pods were provided and coffee was very good. Location is right in the Salamanca neighborhood, so walking distance to many of the best restaurants and stores. Our only issue was with the heating system which made the apartment way too hot and we had trouble controlling it, and I would also suggest that the hosts be better informed on the parking options in the area. There is no parking available in the building so you have to find parking garages in the area, but you should download the ParkApp to reserve a parking space, if not it will be extremely expensive. Overall a 5 Star stay and we would stay here again.
