I have been in other other Hotel from your chain and the breakfast here is way better! They have tortilla de patatas! And the kitchen personnel is constantly re-stocking the buffet.

En general, mi experiencia en el hotel fue positiva; las instalaciones y el servicio en general cumplieron con mis expectativas sin mayores quejas. Sin embargo, hubo un incidente aislado con una recepcionista cuya actitud no fue profesional al responder una consulta. No estoy seguro si esto refleja la cultura del hotel o fue algo puntual, pero decidí comunicarlo respetuosamente al personal para dejar constancia. A pesar de esto, recomendaría el hotel, aunque sugiero mejorar la capacitación en atención al cliente.

The property was in a great location near two malls that make ones in the US look old. Due to the extreme heat during our stay, the A/C wasn’t up to the task so the room was always very hot, but they provided a fan so that helped. The room was small so with three people it was a bit tight. Overall it served its intended purpose. The provided breakfasts were great.
