Mitten im Zentrum

Tolle Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum und das zu einem günstigen Preis. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es immer wieder Gäste, denen es egal ist, dass die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig ist.

Bon Séjour. La situation de l'hotel est parfaite en plein coeur de Madrid. L'hôtel est propre et la chambre confortable. Le seul bémol est le bruit (de la rue car notre chambre donnait sur Gran Via et de l'hôtel car l'insonorisation n'est pas optimal, on entend les chambres contigues)

Hostal Avenida has an excellent location in downtown Madrid, with the city sights on your doorstep. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The one downside is that the rooms are, shall we say, efficient. Another way to put that is "small." If you need room to stretch out, do some yoga, pace the floor or even sort through your luggage, it won't be in this hotel. But for one or two nights, this is a great value.

Very happy, a great stay

This was a great stay, right on the Grand Via, easy to reach by the metro and close to many points of interest. The room was tiny but that was expected. It was perfectly fine for one person however. There was a small balcony that overlooked the Grand Via. It was very clean. The walls are a bit thin so there was a bit of sound from their neighbors but it wasn't a problem. The only thing missing was some way to boil water in the am for tea or coffee. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

La llegada fue muy buena, excelente ubicación cara a la Gran Vía y solo con ver la sonrisa y amabilidad de la recepcionista Nicole al llegar, daban ganas de quedarse aquí a vivir en esta maravillosa ciudad!! Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Las personas de recepción que al parecer son los dueños excelentes personas recomendate o sugiriendo ante cualquier duda, incluso nos guardaron una maleta alrededor de una semana. Se está remodelando y está bien. La habitación un poco estrecha pero es normal como todo en el centro de Madrid y la relación calidad/precio.

Zentral gelegenes Hostal, gut an den Flughafen angebunden, nur wenige Meter 100m von der Metro-Station "Gran Vía" entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hält gute Tips für die Stadtbesichtigung und fürs Essengehen bereit. Zimmer 1 befindet sich gegenüber der Rezeption und ist zu einem kleinen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Zimmersafe, Klimaanlage und kostenfreies WiFi sowie ein kleines, aber ebenfalls ausreichendes Bad mit Duschwanne, Waschbecken und WC. Duschgel und Haarwaschmittel gratis. Der Dielenboden knackt etwas. Matratze sehr gut.

Excelente opção de hospedagem

Foi uma experiência incrível. O Hostal é super bem localizado, limpo e tinha tudo que precisávamos, água quente e uma boa cama. Além do excelente atendimento por parte das duas meninas que fazem a gestão do local. Fica próximo a quase todos os pontos turísticos de Madrid, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Próximo a grandes lojas, restaurantes e supermercados.
