I was traveling alone so I purposely selected a brand I could trust. They gave another guest a key to my room!!! As I was relaxing, the door opened. Thank goodness for the latch. I opened the door to find another guest standing at my door with a key labeled for the same room. I highlighted this to the staff when I checked out. They emailed me later and stated that it did not happen. I must have been mistaken. What a disappointment for a Marriott conference center!

The hotel is very big and our room is newly renovated. It is close to the airport and provides free shuttles to the airport. A potential drawback is the limited capacity of the shuttle. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we had to line up 20 minutes before the scheduled departure times to secure a spot. We barely made it on, so that's something to keep in mind.

If you advertise free pickup and drop off from the airport, you better damn well have enough capacity to do so. We waited online at the airport for TWO of your small vehicles to arrive (1 hour at 12 midnight) only to turn around and spend 38Euro on a taxi to get in. Next morning, we arrived 30 minutes before the 8:30 departure for the exact same thing to happen, spending an additional 20Euro to take another taxi to be at the airport on time. Fix that, or don't advertise it at all because it is a complete sham and a headache for your guests.

I chose this property because it seemed nice (which it is) and also for the free airport shuttle. Only to learn onsite that there are no reservations for it, it’s first come first served. The hotel has hundreds of rooms but a tiny shuttle that holds a dozen people. I was not able to get on, as most people who were waiting outside with me. I consider this to be false advertising and a scam to get people to book this hotel
