Good shuttle but very crowded. Can’t reserve the shuttle so need to show up early or plan to take a taxi. Area around hotel quite industrial, hotel very sterile looking, lacking character, almost soulless. Extremely large with rooms quite a distance from front entrance. Good for conventions but lacking for personal travel enjoyment. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable as always with Marriott hotels.

Easy check-in process with friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with luxury bedding & pillows. Great buffet breakfast with a variety of food stations & hot made to order omelettes. Free airport shuttle at various times throughout the day was a great perk. Highly recommend!

The water heater was malfunctioning so they didn’t recommend drinking the water. Also, I think calling themselves a hotel airport is a misnomer as it requires a 25 minute cab ride to get to the airport. The restaurant is excellent. The food and service were outstanding. However the front desk messed up the credit card on file, so paying for lunch was a hassle.

Directions around this hotel are terrible. Signage is virtually non existent and of little help. They need to step up the game so people can find their way around.
