Couples 3 day Madrid visit

Very basic with limited or no frills. Would have liked to see a coffee machine or water bottles in room. No restaurant (plenty in area though) and coffe/bar is good. Very friendly and helpful staff and good location.

Nice room w/ fridge, helpful staff, wonderful bar. Several good Italian restaurants across the street, if you're tired of tapas. España Square a block away & a park w/ great city views & a small Egyptian temple 3-4 blocks walk down the hill.

The hotel stay was really good, from the check in process to my checking out. Breakfast was good. Also my room was cleaned daily. Maybe some of the female breakfast staff could cheer up a bit, otherwise I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights the first week of April 2025. The service was excellent. The bar staff was always there to get us coffee/tea in the mornings and beer/cocktails at night. The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable but not being able to control the room temperature was a problem (March/April in Spain can still be warm). Honstley its the only negative I have of the whole place. The bathroom was very nice. We did not partake of the breakfast so can not comment on that. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to most sights, great restaurants steps away from the hotel and plenty of food around. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

Clean room, friendly staff and let us check in early. Pretty loud overall. Slamming doors, pounding on doors late at night. I guess typical Friday/Saturday night behavior.
