Many decent restaurants close by within walking distance. Breakfasts shops also about 5 minute walk away and food very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and staff extremes nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Madrid! The room was bright with patio, and exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels and consumables-in the room. Staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful. The staff was a bit unfriendly when we arrived, not a big issue but would be nice to be greeted with a smile. The vending machine charged us for an extra bottle of coke that we didn’t have and tried to tell the reception but didn’t really wanna know. The rooms were okay but if you stay in the room right next to the lifts it can be very noisy. The location was good not too far from the airport and the Movistar arena.

A very nice hotel close to metro station and quick access to the center of the city. Great staff and quick check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Room service and cleaning every day. Breakfast was nice buffet, great choice for everyone.

Great Hotel Stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location, wlajing distance from many restaurant, stores amd tourists attractions, rooms and bed were very confortable, staff was great, & very helpful with instructions. The only problem was that someone in the cleaning staff, qhen cleaning the room next door, woke me up with doors slamming and kept slamming the doors while cleaning, I had to go out and complain to another cleaning crew so she would stop.
