SEJOUR PARFAIT

Appartement au 1er étage et très bien situé. Métro à 7/8mn à pied, restaurants proches (je conseille le VIPS). Place de parking en sous-sol, même s'il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture.Très bon contact avec Silvia.Il y a la clim mais seulement dans le fond du salon. Du coup, obligée d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour dormir et côté rue c'est très bruyant. Je pense que Silvia fera le nécessaire pour apporter des ventilateurs.Seul bémol, la petite salle de bain, très petite, et aucune pression dans la douche et le lavabo et rien pour poser sa serviette et ses affaires. J'ai également fait la remarque à Silvia.Dans l'ensemble, satisfaite de l'appartement.

Saubere Wohnung im Norden Madrid

Für unser verlängertes Wochenende in Madrid war diese Wohnung ideal. Silvia hat uns pünktlich die Wohnung übergeben und mit Infos für Unternehmungen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wobei ein Auto in der Stadt nicht notwendig ist, denn die Busse und Metro fahren fußläufig unmittelbar vor der Tür. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Piso destrozado

Lo primero es decir que si vas con carros de niños no hay llave para acceder por la rampa así que toca subir por las escaleras.Después la habitación según entras no tenia luz estaba fundida,la otra lampara que tenía parpadeaba,las camas no coincidían con las medidas que me dijo a parte que son incomodidimas por no hablar de las almohadas,no hay armarios más que en una de ellas y la persiana de esa habitación cierra fatal.El baño pequeño la puerta pega con el bater y apenas se entra,el otro baño no tiene manilla y si cierras la puerta no se puede abrir.La lampara del pasillo entre habitaciones está medio colgando a punto de caerse.Lo que menos nos gustó que en mitad de nuestra estancia sin estar en el alojamiento vinieron a llevarse una mesa entraron y cambiaron muebles y demás,eso me pareció fatal.La cocina es muy pequeña solo hay espacio para 1 y apenas tiene cubiertos y para cocinar.El garaje la plaza es aleatoria cuando llegas aparcas donde hay hueco y son unas plazas bastante malas.
