The hotel is perfectly located with beautiful rooms and helpful staff. The only bad experience was the Spa, they employ untrained masseuse such as one named Camilla. Make sure to ask for their name and avoid her. The worst experience with no skill or understanding of her job.

I was really disappointed about the lack of access to the terrace whilst I realize it talks about the pool, not being open during the winter there was no mention of the fact that there would be nice upstairs area. In addition, cleaning and servicing of the room was a little chaotic and needs greater supervision
