Perfect location for a short stay. Not recommended if you come with large suitcases for a longer stay there or around the area because the room is very small and tight. The shower is uncomfortable too. If you go with a tiny carry on for a couple of days , it is perfect. Friendly staff and great location. Walkable to great attractions, metro and train station

The hotel was located in the center of Madrid. Everything was walkable and the area felt safe. Staff spoke English and Spanish and were very nice. The taxis all lined up a block away from the hotel every morning and were reasonably priced. It was exactly a mile from Retiro Park, a half mile from Plaza Mayor, about a mile from the royal palace in the opposite way, right next to the puerta del sol and right in front of lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The mall corte ingles with a grocery store was also only 2 blocks away. The rooms were cleaned very well and the staff was attentive and helpful.
