Es un piso bajo, con buenas comunicaciones tanto de transporte público, como caminando.
Está a 5 minutos de la estación de Atocha y aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, cuenta con tres ventiladores de techo. Además tiene dos patios, uno pequeño, y otro más grande, con un ambiente paradisiaco. Es un piso completo que dispone con todo tipo de comodidades y facilidades para los huéspedes. Cozy stay in Madrid

The property was at the address sent to us after booking. Property manager was there to greet us at the time I said we would arrive. This is a very cozy space and we felt like we were staying at the home of a beloved relative. We requested some accommodations and recommendations and Carmen was able to provide everything requested! Thank you Carmen for this lovely stay.

Great location. Walking distance to Atocha train station. Comfortable for 4 people with all the basics you need for your stay. The hostess is very communicative.

Carmen’s property is extremely well located near Atocha train station. The space has everything you need and it was comfortable for a family of four. She is a great hostess.

We were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Having a lovely courtyard right in the city of Madrid was an absolute delight! The host was best! Prompt communication and always agreeable and pleasant!

Lo primero que sorprende es la cantidad de objetos por metro cuadrado que tiene la casa, pero después tiene dos habitaciones muy amplias y un sofá cama pequeño. Un patio precioso y cocina con el baño reformado aunque pequeño. Es perfecta para pasar unos días y si dueña muy agradable.

Très bien placé mais sale

L'accueil et la gentillesse de Carmen n'arrive pas à compenser la saleté générale de l'appartement (surtout la cuisine : pleine de vieille graisse partout et la salle de douche : surtout les toilettes). J'ai trouvé 2 mouchoirs usagés sous le chevet et une culotte par terre derrière la table du salon. C'est la première fois qu'on a dû faire le ménage en arrivant. Les lits grincent dès le moindre mouvement, une odeur d'égout très forte dans la salle de douche. C'est vraiment dommage. L'emplacement de l'appartement est génial. Les draps et serviettes de toilette sont propres. Un grand grand ménage est absolument nécessaire.

No es nada recomendable

Lo primero es decir que Carmen es una genial anfitriona . Pero nada mas entrar lo primero que te parece es una bobeda todo lleno de cosas lamparas,libros , discos, esas paredes llenas de juncos y hojas colgadas , solo una habitacion con una ventana y rejas . Lo que dice que es un patio es una jungla llena de trastos. De noche empezo a salir un olor a tuberia fatal del baño que no habia quien aguantara . Las habitaciones antiguisimas que no te podias ni moverte por que las camas hacian un ruido espantoso, colchones de muelles, olor a antiguisimo y muebles deteriorados. No es recomendable para gente alergica Ya se lo dijimos a ella que sino mejora ese piso no lo ponga a disposicion de clientes
