Very nice clean room but a bit austere /sparsely decorated for the size of the room. That being said there was plenty of room to spread out open up luggage - which is often hard to find in Europe . It was nice to explore a tranquil area of town with small markets and cafes close by. Room was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Main attractions are 10-25 minutes walk ( plaza de Espagna is around the corner as is el Museo Cerralba - whereas the Prado is more like 25-30 min walk with lots to see along the way. ). Diego was helpful at the front desk. This is a a well priced property with large apartments . Elevators were modern and efficient. Really liked our stay - Value- 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5. Location 4

The complete rental space was very clean. The staff was exceptionally responsive to our needs. The hotel was located in a great location/neighborhood. The final day I noticed a free laundry room. Would we stay there again indeed. It was close to the metro rail and walking distance to the gran via. There is coffee shops with on a block radius and also a convenience store two blocks away.

Very spacious apartment. Nice efficient kitchen with all the supplies. Bed was very comfortable. 10 minute walk to most attractions. 3 metro lines within 5-10 minutes.

Our apartment was wonderful, spacious and clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming, were very helpful and allowed us to check in a little early and leave our car parked for the afternoon after we checked out. It’s an amazing area, great for walking to parks and restaurants, the Palace and Temple are very close. Highly recommend, would definitely again!

The rooms are spacious, very clean. Location is great! Walked to the Royal palace, grand villa. The only thing negative is that we were given a room on the first floor and you can hear people walking passes your room window. I would stay here again, but this time, request a room in the highest floor available.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment. Just as it looks in the photos. Having a human being to talk to on reception at all times of the day is a huge plus. We loved the calm of the local area - very near plaza de España, the royal palace, cathedral and Gran Via. One small request - could the apartment please have a full length mirror installed somewhere so that guests can see what their chosen outfit actually looks like before stepping out?
