Lovely hotel in the middle of town just off Gran Via on a neighborhood square. The room was spacious. My only complaint is they should reconsider the desk chair…it did not go under the desk and I kept numbing it with my toes…metal on ceramic tile is never a good idea…

This is a great hotel with staff who truly care about making guests comfortable. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and when our flights were cancelled, the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with the situation. Their support made a difficult travel day much easier. The breakfast was good although not much variety, and the hotel was very clean. The pool may be small, but it's perfectly maintained and quite enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Special thanks to Sara and Ruben for their help during our travel complications!

The rooms are in no way worth th price you pay for them. The overall look is worn out, poorly cleaned and changing to another room did not help much. Pictures are also misleading. Would not recommend staying here.

Great spot. Unique 'vibe' to the hotel, but we enjoyed it and the area. Right in the heart of Chueca, it was amazing to see some local culture. Unfortunately, during our stay, we were unaware that the rooftop patio would be unavailable, which was a major reason we had booked this hotel. Despite this, it worked well for us. The room we had was quite small, but we didn't spend much time in it anyway, so was not of concern.

Lovely hotel with equally lovely staff. Do try the roof bar, with an incredible panoramic view across the city. Excellent location, just off Gran Via. Easy to get to all main attractions but really quiet & peaceful.

Loved the location, the 24 hr reception was great and staff were really helpful. Room was spacious and plenty of hangers, etc, all details have been thought of. Would stay again. Shame the terrace was shut for repairs.....
