The room was extremely small, with no space to store even the most basic essentials for a single traveler. This made the stay impractical and uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was cold, and the heating system was disorganized and unreliable. At times, it did not warm the space at all despite adjustments, which further impacted comfort.

Breakfast was not included in my package. There's a Starbucks located across the street for coffee. I have stayed here before. It's clean and no frills. Located within proximity to the train and the major railway out of Madrid. It's within walking distance of the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofia. Staff could encourage guests to be quieter in the mornings. The walls are somewhat thin

Very nice place in a great location, very close to metro and Atocha station. Extremely clean, nice staff, free coffee and a free drink. Breakfast was €15 and very simple but tasty. Beds and room were great. Definitely come again.
