Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location.

Fantastic hotel that is in the heart of gran via - everything you need is a walk away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and has great amenities. My only complaint is the extremely slow elevator it felt as though it was going to stop working at any moment yikes!

Great central base

We travelled as four friends who wanted a base in central madrid, and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was excellent, right outside a metro stop, and very central. The apartment was great - well équipes and a pretty high end finish. The double bedroom sofa bed worked well for us. The roof top pool although small had incredible views and the roof top lounge area was a great place to chill out.

Overall a great experience. Spent 12 days at the property. Had a problem at check in with the room that I had reserved not being available, but this was resolved the following day. Staff was pleasant and professional. Room was modern and very clean, bed comfortable. Sofa in bad shape and needs to be updated immediately, but the rest of the apartment was excellent. Construction in the hallway during the last day of my stay was somewhat bothersome but completed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location, excellent apartment!

Spacious, clean and airy apartment. Lovely views and the rooftop terrace is brilliant. Very modern and centrally located. Had everything we could have needed and a large fridge which was also very handy. Washing machine and dishwasher for those who may need it too! Would definitely recommend and will return!

No better choice in Madrid

Our first trip to Madrid and the apartment is in very good location to reach most attractions on foot; if you take metro, station is around the corner. Gran Via is a busy shopping street; convenient. The apartment is very clean and spacious - very helpful staff, booking Flamingo dance for us and lend the travel card for us.

Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost immediately. That's the great thing about this service apartment, it's almost hotel-like in the sense that they have a 24 hour front desk with staff ever--ready to help. Big thank you to Reydel and Alberto for so kindly looking into our needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Gran Via Central

‏Great location, friendly staff, efficient and ‏smooth check in, and the apartment is amazing! Clean, huge sized, well organized and equipped (even coffee machine, a toaster and oven). There is also a small gym inside the building. Will come back again, very recommend!
