Loved this hotel. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Ideal location for palace and cathedral. Beautiful gardens just across the road and plenty of dining options within hotel and close by. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Great stay for a couple of days in madrid. It was walking distance to a lot of places and public transportation. Nice cafe/restaurant on site with good options. The rooftop and pool was small but very nice. I enjoyed my stay here and will try to stay at the other social hubs around europe when I visit.

Lovely set up and very friendly staff who let us in the room early as they happened to have one free. We had breakfast two of the three mornings and it was delicious. Enjoyed the decor and location great!

It's a really nice hotel, with all the amenities. The property is in excellent condition, and the rooms are extremely well-equipped. It's close to everything you'd want for a short stay in Madrid. It's also close to many amenities, such as restaurants, shops, metro stations, and the Palacio Real. PS: Great breakfast! ;)

Great stay

The service was good and and the food was excellent although the pool was closed we played table tennis and we’ve rested by the pool check-in was very good gave me a free cookie. They also sell charging cables which was good as my dad forgot his. It it was very eco-friendly they gave us water in cartons. It was near the palace very near to the train station. The social hub is conveniently located 5 mins walk from subway and Plaza de Espana. Rooms are spacious, there is a cafeteria, a rooftop bar, a (small) swimming pool. The staff is nice and efficient. Cafeteria has good coffee and food, i want to make a special mention for Claudia. It's not the first time i stay at TSH and it wont be the last.
