Check in was quick, friendly and faultless. Reception team member explained all relevant information and made us feel welcome. Room was bigger than expected and furnished in a light, modern and comfortable style. We stayed here to go to a football match at the Bernabéu, after reading the hotel is 10 minutes walk away. It was a maximum of 10 minutes, very easy walk and so convenient for the stadium. The hotel met or exceeded expectations, excellent value considering the location and quality.

Hotel location is very convenient as it's just in front of Cuzco subway station. From there, practically all of Madrid's attraction are reachable. Room are very comfortable and staff is friendly. This is a strongly recommended hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff, great room (corner suite was large with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed), and a really delicious breakfast. Location is about 20-25 min from many common destinations. We didn’t use metro but there was a main stop right nearby. Safe area even late at night.

Great hotel and location near the Santiago Bernabeu. Clean and tidy hotel. Washroom did not have a door which is weird. Stayed with my daughter at the Westin Cuzco to watch the Classico. Had to leave the room when my daughter or I had to shower.
