Outside of the strange and disappointing customer service and mould/insect filled room, we did like the peace and quiet while we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts and golfing facilities. The hotel had a massively hands-off approach to dealing with problems and had no interest in trying to make our stay better. This is also the first time I’ve had to pay to have my room cleaned even when they call themselves a “five star hotel”.
Even though we did enjoy the surrounding area and aspects of the hotel, we were left with a sour taste in our mouths by the end of it.
We did truely appreciate Melissa doing everything she could to make our stay the best it could be.
