The property, which was tastefully restored retaining most of its original features and its unique charm, is located in a quiet and panoramic area loffering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The interiors are nicely decorated in a traditional style.
The villa offers large outdoor areas perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun while enjoying the beautiful surrounding nature.. A nice private swimming-pool set in panoramic location is available. The location allows to easily reach beautiful towns of Umbria like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Città di Castello.

Distances: the small town Agello with all kinds of shops 1,5 km away, the shore of Lake Trasimeno (water-sport facilities) about 7 km, Perugia (with daily trains to Rome) 12 km away, the famous medieval town Cortona about 25 km, Assisi about 30 km. Florence is approx. 130 km away. A golf course, a tennis court and horse-back riding facilities are within 10 km. Excellent restaurants offering dishes of the local tradition are available in the area surrounding the villa. Bus stop with busses for Perugia about 300 m from the villa away.

At guests' disposal: large, terraced garden (5.000 m2) offering beautiful views over the valley below, swimming-pool (9 x 4 m; depth: 1,20 m), 2 furnished gazebos, table-tennis, games for children, barbecue, volley-ball ground, small basket ground. A small charming church adjoining the villa has been completely restored and offers a nice play and relax area. Fly screens on all windows. WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
