The Space:

The house features six comfortable bedrooms, each peaceful and well-appointed, along with a small illuminated tower that hosts a charming room with two single beds, ideal for admiring the surrounding landscape. There are also three bathrooms, all functional and well finished, serving both the living and sleeping areas.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the courtyard, where a large dining table awaits for breakfast in the sun or long dinners under the stars. Next to it, a spacious living room with a large, comfortable sofa invites you to unwind — the perfect spot to read, talk, or watch a movie after a day exploring the countryside.



Outside, a beautiful covered porch offers shade and tranquility during the warm hours of the day, while a wide terrace lets you take in the golden light and panoramic views of the hills. The entire property is yours to enjoy throughout your stay, offering all the space, comfort, and privacy you need to truly feel at home.



Guest Access:

You can easily reach walking trails surrounded by fields and woodland, while essential services such as grocery shops, cafés, and local restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. The location is ideal for exploring the Biellese area, with lakes, hills, and historical villages all within short driving distance.



A car is recommended to move around comfortably; street parking is available nearby. It’s a perfect base for spending days in nature and returning in the evening to a calm, authentic atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Dimora il Pozzetto is nestled in the hills of Magnano, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature—an ideal base to explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of the region. To move around freely and make the most of the surrounding attractions, a car is highly recommended. The nearest highway exit is Santhià (A4), about 25 minutes away.



Just a short walk from the villa, you’ll find the Collezione Enrico, a private art gallery featuring works by the 19th-century painter Delleani, as well as the renowned Monastery of Bose, an international monastic community. Also nearby is the Ricetto of Magnano, a beautifully preserved medieval fortified village. Not far from there, the Church of San Secondo, set among open meadows, offers one of the most picturesque and peaceful spots in the area.



Magnano also hosts the Antique Music Festival, now in its 40th edition, and is close to the prestigious Golf Club Le Betulle, ranked among the best courses in Italy. For hiking enthusiasts, the Oropa Trail leads all the way to the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna of Oropa, one of the most important religious sites in the Alps. A short walk from the villa takes you to the village’s historic mill, still preserved in its original form.



In the surrounding area, you can easily reach several destinations by car:
