Upon arrival, after speaking to the front desk attendants, we realized our four paid rooms had been occupied by others. After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning. The rooms were good with the views to the beach, however, no hot water in the showers. On one of our two nights stay we had no air condition since midnight. One of the rooms’ toliet was non functional. I must say, however, the hotel is located in front of the beach and has a parking area.

Terrible experiencia en nuestra corta estancia en este hotel!!!! . La habitación estaba muy descuidada, muchísimos moscos , el baño sucio, las puertas rotas , La TV no servía . Nos dieron 5 toallas y claramente informé que seríamos 6 huéspedes . Se fué la luz toda la primera noche y absolutamente NADIE nos dio una solución, preguntamos si nos podrían remover de habitación ya que solo una parte del hotel se había quedado sin luz y nos argumentaron que tendríamos que pagar un costo extra. Si bien no es su culpa que se vaya la luz si es su responsabilidad dar solución a este grave problema ya que el calor es insoportable y dar un buen servicio pero lamentablemente nada de eso sucedió. En el club de playa al que tienes derecho de asistir , “The Krazy Lobster” solo atienden a los huéspedes que bajan de los cruceros. Nosotros fuimos dispuestos a pedir y literal ni la carta nos llevaron así que fuimos a la tienda a comprar nuestras cosas y eso fue lo único bueno , que gastamos poco . Si bien tiene una excelente ubicación y la playa ahí está preciosa y muy bien cuidada , todos estos problemas le dejaron un muy mal sabor de boca a nuestras vacaciones. Lamentable pero pues quedamos invitados a nunca más volver
