La Roca" beachfront house in an exclusive residential complex
This property is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive private urbanisations in Menorca.
It is located on the southern coast of the island in the area of Es Canutells.
The residence has a beautiful swimming pool equipped with parasols and deck chairs with endless sea views. Free parking is available in front of the property.
The house is well designed and is divided into two floors (a total of 170 m2 + porch and terraces) On the ground floor there are two bedrooms each with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower. A large living room with TV area, dining area and open-plan kitchen opens onto a sea-view portico. The large porch/terrace is furnished for eating outside to enjoy the breathtaking view, with a sofa and sun loungers. For the exclusive use of the house, a lawn area in front of the porch facing the sea.
Also on the ground floor at the entrance to the property is another uncovered terrace. Here the washing machine is also located under cover, a very convenient area also for hanging laundry.
On the first floor there are the two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, one with bath and the other with shower. Both rooms have access to a large terrace with sea view and outdoor furniture.
The house has been meticulously designed to offer the most comfortable and complete stay possible. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans, only one room on the ground floor does not have a fan. Free wifi, TV, including satellite and HiFi stereo.
The kitchen is well equipped: gas cooker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, immersion blender, kettle.
As already mentioned, a washing machine is available. Iron and ironing board, hoover, hairdryer in the bathrooms, fire extinguisher. For guests' use is a fridge-container with ice for picnics.
The house comes with bed linen and towels in the bathrooms. In addition you will find dedicated pool/beach towels. Bed linen and towels in the bathrooms are changed after a stay of 10 days.
In the house you will find all the necessary information, for any kind of emergency intervention with telephone numbers.
An important aspect of the property's location is its proximity to the airport, with the advantage, however, that you don't hear aircraft traffic. It takes about 15 minutes to get there.
A 5-minute drive takes you to the beach of Es Canutells where there is a nice restaurant.
There is also a hotel, a few shops and a small supermarket nearby.
A 10-minute drive away is San Climent, a lively resort where you can find practically everything. Various restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, tobacconist, newspaper dealer, hairdresser, garage. Large supermarkets and shopping centres are 15 minutes away on the road to Mahon.
As Menorca, the greenest island in the Mediterranean, has many different beaches, lush nature and typical localities, it is highly recommended to rent a car.
