After a long journey it was lovely have a sleep in the really comfortable bed. Whilst I did not use any of the amenities from what I saw they were good. I plan on staying longer next time.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good food choice and generous breakfast menu. Room looking a little tired now esp the bathroom sink area which was badly pitted. Shower was excellent with good water flow. However bed and linens all excellent. Nice touch is a small refrigerator.

The room was nice and big and was cleaned well, however beds a bit hard, and sink needs renewing. Breakfast was lovely, we also had an afternoon tea which was nice. We used the hotel spa facilities which were not the best but acceptable for the price. the cleaning of the spa area however could be improved. We enjoyed a treatment in the spa which was very good, and staff in the health club very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel is dissapointing, firstly this hotel is filthy - stairwells, carpets, rooms, you name it, it's filthy. Checkout is 12pm, so why are cleaning staff banging on my door at 9am to clean my room, there's a hangar on the door saying do not disturb, bang on the door at 12pm if I haven't left, but not before. £6 for parking is a *iss take, parking should be free, this is just a money making scam. Reception staff are as miserable AF, if you don't want to be polite go and get another job. Hated this place and everything about it.

I felt the chicken for my evening meal felt uncooked but I still ate and didn't get unwell lack flavor as well. The sausage on breakfast felt uncooked as well. Hotel rooms are dated but the staff are fantastic.

Room is stuck in 2000. Scruffy round the edges. Water flow means it takes a few mins for the lacklustre shower to get hot. Towels are getting a bit threadbare. Good size though.
