Nice and clean hotel all as expected. There is a free bus service to kaba but the parking from kaba is very far and you will need to walk about 20 minutes to get to nearest gate. Best to use uber instead.

Overall it was a good stay but because of few things I would rate it average. Too much noise, it felt like I’m in sleeping on the road. Staff at kitchen (breakfast) were very rude and full of ego. Not all of them but two of them who work inside kitchen making omelets. Transport- they say half an hour but every time I had to wait 90 minutes sometimes 2hrs for the transport. Few times I took taxi from Masjid Alharam to hotel because of the long wait for the shuttle bus. Nightshift- when you call at night no one answers. Most importantly I just forgot my perfumes in my room while checking out as I was in a bit hurry but when I arrived at Jeddah airport I realised I forgot my perfumes when I called receptionist after their checkup, she said we checked the room but there’s nothing we couldn’t find anything in the room while I left my Vaseline, nail cutter and shampoo intentionally as I didn’t have much space in my bag but I unintentionally forgot my perfumes (around 4-6 small oud and musk bottles) some of them were very expensive and I loved them but unfortunately they said your perfumes are not here. This really hurt my feelings cuz I clearly remember that I wrapped them in white shopping bag at my room but they said your perfumes are not here. I could have given a nice review if the above incidents weren’t happened. I will definitely change my review if I get my perfumes by chance and definitely will select the same hotel for my next umrah In Sha Allah.
