This is a stunning boutique hotel. The remodelling has spared no expense and the rooms are incredible. Location is perfect - you have all the best of Malaga within easy walking distance from the property. My only gripe is that one of the front of house staff was rude. We had tried for an early check in, understanding that it’s not always possible. What bothered us wasn’t so much that we had to wait, but we caught her in a bold faced lie (the couple checked out of our room were in line right after we checked in and we clearly heard the same room number they were leaving). We went sightseeing for several hours and upon returning, were told that the people checked out 45 minutes ago (a lie) and that the room was not yet ready. We then waited for another 1.5 hours. When confronted with the clear inconsistency, we were met with hostility and excuses. Not only that but being shown to our room by a very unhappy and curt front desk staff who clearly now disliked us was totally unprofessional.

I think it would’ve been appropriate for them to mention that the hotel is not accessible by Car so it is difficult to check in in that regard with your luggage

Super hotel with own parking in city center. Not easy to find as Cordoba and Seville required is to find our own 24 hour parking far away from hotels. Very kind and helpful staff and great breakfast!

Quality hotel in great location.

Fantastic hotel in old town. Great friendly staff who did everything to make our stay excellent. Nothing was too much effort from the reception staff to the rooftop bar staff. Hotel was in great condition - everything oozed quality. Would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous place to stay, treated like royalty, building is stunning. Location is ideal for exploring Malaga on foot - you are literally in the heart of old town, providing a calm oasis amongst the bustle of town. Would recommend dinner at the restaurant - signature cocktails are delicious, and the breakfast is super generous! This is a special place that will make your stay in Malaga - we will be back!
