Our beautiful and cozy apartment is located in the famous Las Lagunillas neighborhood, Málaga’s Arts District, and the very area where Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born. You’ll be amazed as you walk through the streets, discovering incredible murals and graffiti created by local artists, full of messages of expression, parody, and affection for popular figures of Málaga. It’s not New York—it’s Málaga! 😉

The apartment is simple but functional, perfect for short stays. It has everything you need for a comfortable visit: air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a modern décor with original touches.

Important:

Don’t expect luxury or views of the Cathedral. The neighborhood is undergoing renovation, and you may encounter buildings under construction. Still, the location is its best feature, as it’s close to all the main points of interest in the city. The area is safe, although it has a humble, working-class character and can occasionally appear marginal. We recommend considering this if you seek total tranquility or hotel-level standards. You won’t need a car, but if you do, we suggest Parking Atlántida or Parking La Merced, as street parking in the center can be tricky (but not impossible).

Construction noise or external works: The property is located in a building shared with other owners. Unexpected works or noise from neighbors are beyond our control and CLEF Málaga cannot be held responsible.

Linen and laundry: All sheets and towels are professionally washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, guaranteeing 100% cleanliness and hygiene. High-quality products are used and washed at over 60°C. Please note that certain stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetics (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and detergents (active oxygen, bleach, etc.).

Reservation modifications: Changes are accepted within the free cancellation period, subject to availability.

Office hours: CLEF Málaga’s office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team handles urgent matters and issues related to your stay. For administrative questions, please contact us during office hours.
