4 Scenic Court Mallacoota

Arguably one of the best views in town, this luxury property offers the absolute perfect place for couples or small families to plan that much needed coastal escape. Located roughly 5km from Mallacoota town center, which is an easy 5 minute drive or a pleasant half hour walk along the timber board walk that surrounds the lake.

4 Scenic Court has two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, luxury linen and towels supplied.
A spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen plus laundry with washing machine and dryer all conveniently on one level. High speed internet allows you to 'work from home' and also enjoy relaxed movie afternoons or evenings.
The expansive deck the perfect for outdoor dining, or unwinding after a big day spent exploring the national park, lake, beaches or local area.


Well behaved dogs are welcome and allowed inside when supervised, but not on the furniture or beds.
The fence is secured, please bring blankets, toys and a water bowl. Please make a request with our office if you wish to bring your dog.

If you require a jetty berth for the duration of your stay, please enquire when booking.

Why do we allow dogs?
We love to go on holiday and take our fur baby, however we also like to stay in a beautiful, clean home. This is something difficult because when a home is advertised as dog friendly, it often is basic and, in our experience, not very clean.
We would love for others to enjoy a memorable holiday with their fur babies.

Please note:
Bring a bed and bedding, some toys and bowls.
There are many kangaroos in Mallacoota so please make sure to keep your dog on a lead when walking.
Please make sure your dog is tick protected.
Please ensure garden is left clean before leaving.
There are many places for the babies to swim so please ensure you have some towels in the car.
Our next guests may not have dogs, so please leave the house respectfully as you found it.
Additional fee of $100 is charged for a dog visit.

Bit of a shaky start with empty gas bottles and no iron or ironing board. Not all guests would require the BBQ or the laundry but we had been on the road for a while and were using this beautiful spot to 'regroup' before our onward journey. Kerri at Mallacoota Real Estate was very responsive when contacted and remedied the situation very promptly. Thanks again Kerri!Fabulous location and amazing views. Would definately stay again.

Much more than a room with a VIEW

Set high on the edge of town with spectacular views across the Wallagaraugh Inlet and mountains to the NSW border, with Gabo Island lighthouse on the horizon, we were already inspired before we walked inside. For nature lovers, there are lyrebirds and koalas in bush nearby, kangaroos in the paddock below and regular eagles patrolling the coast.The house is modern and designed for soaking in that view from the spacious living / dining area, to the outdoor entertaining space and even the master bedroom. It is well equipped for an easy holiday, and just 5 minutes drive to all that Mallacoota has to offer. A memorable weekend all round!

What an amazing property!

Absolutely loved this property. This is how it should be done. The property is beautiful, in such a fantastic location and that view! The house has everything you need and is so well stocked. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Plenty of kitchen utensiles and cooking equipment. The furniture is all so comfy. Great beds and linen. Even better was the little touches of having a dog bed there, which my old girl took full advatage of. It is one of the better properties i have stayed at. You can tell thought was actually put into the property to make it welcoming and homely. I will definitely be back.
