The Sheraton is a beautiful luxury hotel with wonderful amenities and lovely staff. As Amsterdam hotels are very expensive and often not that nice, I would seriously consider staying at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa for an extended stay of Amsterdam and taking the train in daily if that is not too inconvenient as it is very easy to get in by train. We stayed only on arrival and departure days and the Terminal 1 location with shuttle bus was very convenient. Had a very nice dinner at the restaurant as well.

Front entrance was blocked by construction workers making it very difficult to enter the building. We had to park in the bus zone several meters away and bring our baggage through the construction barriers, not easy. Poor planning during the busy time of the day.

It is really great, over what I expected. It is meticulously clean, with extremely convenient room. The location is great, we just walked out of hotel door and were inside terminal 1. Bathroom facilitites were not working. Toilet ov erflow would not stop,wasting water and sink was clogged. Reported the toilet, a 5 minute fix that lasted 1 hour was performed. After 2 flushes, would not flush again. No alternative room or credit to my account was offered since Iprepaid with Hotels.com. If I ever return to Milan will not use nor recommend this Hotel unles you have a very early flight and not bath or use a bathrooom at all.

This is such convenient easy experience. It would be nice if the sauna stayed on later hours as I wasn’t able to use it. Also the smell in the room was like a nursing home. The sanitation smell is horrible. Please Sheraton find some aromatic natural essence diffuser or change the vendor.
