On the lower level, the primary bedroom features a King bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a California King bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The private washer / dryer is on this level for your convenience for those longer stays. The third story features the upstairs open loft, with two twin beds with trundles for a total of 4 twins if needed, perfect for the kiddos or singles! The third and final full bathroom is on the middle level and offers a walk-in tiled shower enclosure. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for optional alternative sleeping. The unit has a front deck at the front of the property with gas BBQ grill, and an additional lower deck at the rear of the property. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool (Summer only), two year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna, community BBQ grill (Summer only) and laundry facilities with assigned outdoor parking available right in front of the unit. You can walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, bars, shopping and restaurants. The red line shuttle takes you throughout town on the main road, Meridian Blvd, and can quickly shuttle you to Eagle Lodge to access the lifts.
