Great country house with private pool on the outskirts of Porto Cristo, very close to Cala Magrana, Cala Anguila and Cala Mandia. It has capacity for 6 guests.
Outside the property there is a refreshing salt water swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres and with a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 metres. It is also fenced, for the safety of the little ones. There is also a lawn area with a football goal, a sofa, a playground with swings, a tower and a slide. The play area for the little ones is also fenced. Several porches and terraces invite you to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. With the barbecue you can enjoy delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
Inside, the 2-story house has a traditional and cosy style. The large dining room is equipped with sat TV, AC with heating pump, comfy sofas and armchairs and a large table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub and an electric radiator where you will also find the washing machine. In another separate room you will find the iron, the ironing board and space for the suitcases. The 3 bedrooms with AC with heating pump are on the top floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and an electric radiator and the other 2 have twin beds. We can also provide you with two cots and two highchairs if you are travelling with your babies. Finally, at the property you will find a baby changing table, a bed rail for children, 2 portable fans, 1 electric heaters, beach umbrellas, and pool inflatables.
The property is located near Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana and Cala Mandía, three small beaches with golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. In Porto Cristo you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Another attraction in the area are the Drac caves, under which one of the largest underground lakes in the world is hidden.
