The living area is approximately 130 square meters and is distributed over a living / dining room with open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, espresso and coffee machine.
