Overall it is a good hotel

The hotel is great and clean. I only faced unkindness from the receptionist when I did the check out. She asked me in an aggressive way to set down so that they check the room. After about 10 minunts she got a call from an employee to tell her everything is fine. Then, she became friendly and gave me back my ID.

جيد ولكن يوجد خيارات أفضل منه

الاستقبال جيد، يعيب الفندق مستوى النظافة ليس المطلوب حيث ان بعض الأثاث يحتاج إلى صيانة وتغيير فرش الصالة وازالة البقع من على الكنبات، سحبت السرير بالصدفة وطلع بلاوي من تحته، المناشف مستهلكة بشكل فضيع لدرجة أنها متمزقة، مفاتيح الغرف لازم تطلبها من الاستقبال، المياة مجانية وإذا طلبتها قال ادفع وإذا اصريت عليهم جابوها مجانا، لا يوجد عوازل، بجانب الفندق مباني قيد الإنشاء ومزعجة جدا ولا انصح بالسكن على الأقل حتى شهر مايو 2019م، إذا طلبت أي شئ من الاستقبال تحتاج تتصل اكثر من مره تطلبه، نادي الأطفال عبارة عن لعبتين ومكسورة، الصور تختلف عن الواقع.
