Privada vazando, quarto sujo, localizado em um lugar horrível longe de tudo. O café começa às 6h30 desci às 7h20 e já não tinha quase nada e não havia reposição. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, por um pouco mais me mudei para um lugar 1000 vezes melhor.

A estrutura do hotel é boa. Porém, precisa de reforma nos apartamentos. Percebe-se que os móveis estão velhos precisando ser trocados. O chuveiro fica pingando o tempo todo, e precisa ser trocado. Custo benefício excelente. É próximo da Universidade Lins, onde fui prestar prova de concurso público. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. O espaço do quarto é acima da média, mas sem exageros. Em resumo, hotel simples e eficiente.
