Needs a little spruce up!

The hotel was nice and comfortable, but I think it needs a little makeover in the rooms. The bathroom was quite worn and needed fixing up! The tv I had to fix as didn't work - and there were a few things that were not cleaned properly. We did however get an upgraded room - although I think this was just an extra bed which I didn't need.

Lovely 4 Star in City Centre

Hotel is great 4star, across from convention centre. Baths and showers in rooms, windows open for fresh air, real steam irons. Fridges in exec rooms. Breakfast good choice & love the bagels. Early check in if availability. Luggage storage if not. Staff friendly and professional.

The room was presented nicely. Very convenient location with good transport links. The cleanliness in the bathroom let things down for us. There were hairs in the bath and sides of sink and bath needed to wiped by us. Attention to detail with cleaning is lacking but the beds were comfy and for what we paid in the centre of Manchester we would definitely stay again. The lobby of the hotel smelt amazing and looks very upmarket. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room was a very welcome find after a long day at Old Trafford.
