Decorated beautifully but room was sweltering. Had air con on as low as possible and the windows had condensation on the inside. Didn’t sleep a well at all and didn’t stay for breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive, rooms were equipped with toiletries, ghds and hair dryer etc but there was nowhere to sit and do make up by the vanity mirror.

This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. The feathered steak was delicious. They have a bar and also a cocktail bar downstairs which we tried, the ambiance wa great and cocktails great. If you are thinking of booking this Hotel don’t hesitate. Well done Mollies

New hotel and clean, modern, comfortable beds, duvets, pillows and loved the Cowshed toiletries and even hair straighteners provided. Main downside is very expensive parking- £35 overnight at NCP

Excellent reception staff is always a good starting point. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable indeed. Great reception area and a very nice cocktail bar on LG. Thoroughly recommend staying here

Was greeted took a while to find reservation I had requested a late check out and any comp upgrade which they weenot aware of. The keys were not working for the lift so we had to has CD e new keys cut it otherwise staff lovely clean and good facilities

It is early days for this hotel, they laun hed this week. The styling is really lovely, my bed was comfortable and I found the bar and restaurant excellent. There are teething problems, I wont highlight mine here, good luck Mollie!

Our room was upgraded from a classic room to a studio which was such an amazing surprise. Spotless, amazing facilities, such a lovely place. Food was excellent in the diner (evening meal and breakfast). Complimentary cocktails in our room as it was my birthday. Cowshed toiletries, all felt so luxurious. We will definitely stay again!

Friendly staff could not do enough for you.When we arrived we were given a room upgrade, really pleasantly surprised by it we thought it was amazing . Whilst we were out in Manchester ,the staff contacted us about a problem with the room , they moved us into a suite , this was the best birthday weekend my wife has had for a long time, What a hotel ,food ,staff accommodation perfect. Thank you Mollies for making the weekend special.We will definitely visit you again .

Amazing from start to finish. Staff at doors and check in super friendly, arrived to beautifully decorated room complete with a welcome gift. Beds and bedding super comfy, towels are huge and soft. The hot and cold water taps in the hallways are fab, as are the hairdryer and straighteners in the room
