I had to pay £48 in person, because I had requested an upgrade to a suite after paying fully for a queen sofa bed room, I had booked online which said £15 to upgrade. I felt unhappy. Had to call several times for WiFi, because apparently you are supposed to pay to boost Internet. The staff there are not too bad to be honest.

Lovely s

Nice location not too far from Manchester Centre. Room was clean and airy with a lot of natural light. King bed and pillows very comfortable as was the function of the heating system. Only negative was that I couldn’t find how to turn off the heated towel rail in the bathroom? Always enjoy Residence Inn’s room kitchenette facilities. Breakfast always good with a big selection to choose from

Great find

This is a decent hotel location is good just a short walk to the northern quarter for bars a restaurants. The rooms are modern and spotless. The breakfast was buffet which was plentiful and well cooked. I would definitely stay at this property again.
