We booked into a junior suite. The room was lovely and very spacious. However, the room was very cold, despite there being a plug in radiator. Bathroom was freezing. The two double beds, were small for my husband and I, and the pillows were hard. Not the best nights sleep. Tried to order room service. The cheese board, no answer, when room service finally rang back at 9.35pm, no cheese and biscuits available. As they only serve until 9.30pm. The breakfast was amazing though.

Staff were very nice , hotel lovely but bath plug was broken and only realised at 23.30 . Also aircon / heating wasn’t working properly and fridge was off which was a shame as we put something in overnight which went bad . Shame as could have been a perfect stay.
