Standards seemed to have dropped since this hotel moved from Brooklyn to Voco IGH. Unlikely to stay again, entire hallway stank of puke, shower was leaking from ceiling, show leaked onto entire bathroom floor, manager said he’d look into it, nothing done. Disappointed.

The hotel upgraded my room when they saw my guest was in a wheelchair. I liked the fact they had a hoist, even though we didn't use it. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting our friend in the wheelchair. I would have eaten in the restaurant but the meal choices were limited to chips and burgers.

Comfy and decent breakfast

Nice style. Room was a bit worn with door furniture in the bathroom needing some attention. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and there were plenty of options on the breakfast buffet meaning we didn't order from the a la carte breakfast menu. Would stay here again.

Seamless experience.

From checking in to checking out the whole experience was seamless. Staff were so friendly . Room fully equipped , spotless and eco-friendly. The breakfast had everything you could want from cereals, fruit and a full English. Will definitely be booking here again.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was excellent but our only complaint was the hot water for the free standing bath was luke warm at best! Disappointed as this was the main reason for spending an aweful lot of money on this room.
