PET RULES
As a fellow pet owner, we love our 4-legged companions, and understand the preference of bringing them on a travel and the hassle/costs of boarding/sitting. We welcome dogs and ask that you adhere to the following pet rules for a positive experience for everyone:
➭Dogs only, 2 dogs maximum; no cats or other pet species; a pet fee will be charged at booking
➭Must be house trained; no puppies or use of pee pads.
➭If you allow your dog to get on the sofa/couch/chairs, first cover the spot with the provided dog blanket/throw.
➭No pets on beds.
➭Do not leave dog unattended without owner present.
➭Keep dog leashed at all times while outside the home.
➭Pick up dog's waste. Bags are provided.
➭Make sure dog's feet are clean before entering the home.
➭If there is significantly extra cleaning required due to your dog (hair or otherwise), we will assess an extra $50 fee.


NO REFUNDS for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for coverage. Relatively small expense for peace of mind.

CRITTERS: We have regular pest control treatment. However, please keep in mind that the cottage is in a remote rural location. So in and around the cottage, guests can expect to encounter critters, including but not limited to: ants, bees, spiders, moths, and rodents.

GUEST ACCESS
The home is easily accessible right off scenic Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1).

Guests have access to entire inside of cottage except locked owner storage closet on hallway.

Guests have access to both main deck and lower deck and the connecting stairs.

Guest have access to paved front yard / driveway.

Guests do not have access to locked storage closet outside front door or crawl space underneath the cottage.

Unpaved outside areas, including lawns, are not to be walked, driven, or parked on.

Guests enjoy free use of a private, HOA-maintained access gate and road leading directly to a miles-long beach.

As a guest of Oceanfront/ Stunning Views/ Hot Tub/ Contemporary, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
