Two beds only fit for 3 people

Stayed in a family room but one bed is up against a radiator. Asked to move and next room identical, it means one of us had to sleep against the radiator and struggle to get out of bed.

Absolutely lovely hotel, the receptionist that checked us in was super lovely and accommodating. Only down fall was our hallway neighbours were really loud and the phone in the room didn’t have a reception line and we couldn’t leave the room as we had a 2 month baby with us that was struggling to sleep due to the noise!

A beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. Staff so welcoming and friendly, all staff approachable and helpful from dining to leisure staff. Food was excellent, my partner says the scrambled egg for breakfast was the best he ever had! Such a variety on offer from breakfast, including gluten free and all dietary requirements provided for. The swimming pool child friendly and also perfect for couples and adults to escape for a bit! The rooms were clean and spacious, with lovely details such as fresh water available around the whole complex. We will be staying again, so much to do in the surrounding areas, only a short drive from so many places and such a lovely place to return to at the end of the day!

Yes - ok would try it again

Better room, position and neighbours this time which did make a difference. I thought it was average last time, having used a number of hotels locally my opinion has changed and would stay again. Could it be better ? Parking is always busy, parking bays are tight when trying to get the luggage out. Just a bad design based on showing off your parking space numbers. I do not like the compulsory tipping which is added where you have to request for it to be removed; puts pressure on people and some who do not notice. For such an establishment towels always appear worn Pricing fluctuates dramatically with a variance of £100 increase on some nights for the same room. Shame would use it more often if processing were more favourable.
