Enjoy breathtaking views extending to the sea and a south/southwest exposure to make the most of the sunshine, with a few shaded areas for respite.
- The house, elegantly styled both inside and out, spans two floors.

On the ground floor, the spacious living area includes:

In addition to being less than a 15-minute drive from the beaches, restaurants, local shops, and the heart of Mandelieu, you can also:

- Enjoy the fine sands of the beaches in Cannes, Golfe-Juan, or Juan-Les-Pins within 25 to 30 minutes.
- Access the motorway entrance in just a few minutes to reach:
- Antibes (30/35 minutes)
- Nice (40/45 minutes)
- Or even Monaco (50/55 minutes)
